How it works
Four steps, and you are only asked to decide once.
Buying across a border usually goes wrong in one of two places: the price changes after you have committed, or nobody can tell you where your parcel is. This is how we remove both.
You see one number before anything is bought. After that, the only thing left to do is wait — and you can see exactly where it is the whole time.

Send the request
A link, a screenshot, a photo from a video, or just the name. If you are not sure what it is called, describe it — we will find it.
Takes two minutes
- A product link is ideal but never required. A photograph of the shelf, a still from one of our videos, or a description in your own words is enough.
- Tell us the variant if you know it — shade, size, colourway, capacity. If you do not, we will come back with the options that exist rather than guessing.
- Ask for everything you want at once. Grouping pieces into one consignment is almost always cheaper than sending them separately.
- Nothing is charged at this stage, and sending a request does not commit you to anything.

We quote you one number
We price the piece in the UK and come back on WhatsApp with a single all-in figure in rupees. Nothing is added later.
Usually within a few hours
- We check the piece is actually in stock in a British shop before quoting — not merely listed on a website.
- The figure includes the product at its UK counter price, UK sales tax where it applies, shipping to Pakistan, and Pakistani customs and duty.
- No separate service fee is added to a standard request; our margin already sits inside the number you agree. Live video-call shopping is the one exception, and carries a stated 10% charge.
- The quote holds for a short window because UK prices and the exchange rate move. We will always tell you how long it is good for.

We buy it in person
Bought over the counter in Britain, not from a reseller. We photograph it in our hands, with the receipt, before it is packed.
One to three days
- Payment is arranged by bank transfer in rupees to a Pakistani account once you have accepted the quote. Nothing is charged before that.
- The piece is bought from the brand's own counter or an authorised British stockist. We do not buy from marketplaces, wholesalers or grey-market sellers.
- You receive photographs of the actual item in hand with the original receipt, packaging, and any authenticity card the brand includes.
- If the piece has sold out between the quote and the purchase, we tell you immediately and either wait, substitute with your approval, or refund you in full.

It arrives at your door
Packed, tracked, and delivered to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and beyond. You follow it the whole way on WhatsApp.
Usually one to two weeks
- Consignments are shipped with tracking and cleared through Pakistani customs. The duty was already inside your quote, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
- You get the tracking reference as soon as it ships, and an update at each stage rather than silence until it lands.
- Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are fastest. Smaller cities add a few days on the final leg, and we tell you that with the quote rather than afterwards.
- If a consignment is delayed or lost in transit, that is our problem to resolve, not yours.
Straight answers
The parts most services leave until later.
None of this is buried in a terms page. If any of it changes the answer for you, better to know before you send a request.
- Why there is no price calculator
- UK prices move with stock, sales and the exchange rate, and duty varies by category and value. A calculator would be confidently wrong most of the time. A person quoting a real basket is slower and correct, and correctness is what you are actually paying for.
- What we will not do
- We do not buy anything restricted at either border — no alcohol, no prescription medicines or supplements, nothing customs will not clear. If a request sits in a grey area we say so before you spend anything.
- Where returns stand
- Tell us before we buy and there is no cost at all. Once a piece has been bought in Britain it is yours, because sending it back across two borders costs more than most items are worth. That is why we confirm shade, size and variant in writing first, and why the live call exists for anything you want to see before committing.
- About warranties
- Manufacturer warranties are generally honoured in the country of purchase. A UK warranty may not be serviceable in Pakistan. We will tell you where a brand's cover actually stands before you buy anything expensive enough for it to matter.
