Every request is quoted individually. UK prices move with stock, sales and exchange rates, so a fixed calculator would be dishonest. Send the request and we come back with one all-in number in rupees — the piece, the shipping, and the duty, together. If you accept it, that is what you pay.

The product at its UK counter price, UK sales tax where it applies, international shipping, and Pakistani customs and duty. One figure, in rupees. There are no separate charges added after you accept — the number you agree is the number you pay.

Live shopping carries a 10% service charge on the value of what you buy on the call. That covers the time on the floor, the filming, and the buying. Shipping and duty are quoted with it, and everything is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Because it is bought over the counter in a British shop, not sourced from a reseller or a wholesaler. You get photographs of the piece in our hands with the original receipt and packaging before it leaves the UK. If a brand includes an authenticity card, it comes with it.

Most requests are quoted within a few hours. Once you accept, buying takes one to three days depending on stock, and shipping to Pakistan usually runs one to two weeks door to door. If a piece is on backorder in the UK we will tell you before you commit.

Bank transfer in rupees to a Pakistani account, arranged over WhatsApp once you have accepted the quote. Nothing is charged before you have seen and agreed the number.

Tell us before we buy and there is no cost at all. Once a piece has been bought in the UK it is yours, because cross-border returns cost more than most items are worth. For clothing and shoes we will always check sizing with you first, and on a live call you can see the fit before anything is bought.

Anywhere in Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are the fastest. Smaller cities take a few days longer on the last leg and we will tell you the timeline with your quote.

Nothing restricted at either border — no alcohol, no medicines or supplements requiring a prescription, no items customs will not clear. If a request falls into a grey area we will say so before you spend anything.
